If you plan to come to empowering days or other activities also, I hope, I can manage accommodation for you in my or other place. If there is still place at the workshops ( usually there is ) and your budget is low, only for my brothers and sisters from Rainbow I may do the price more affordable for you. Any other way of exchanging energy may be also possible. You know me and you know my intentions...

Neo Tantric Massage was the first massage introduced to the West with inherent tantric principles. It was in the 1960s that Kenneth Ray Stubbs first started to add massage of intimate parts of the body in his massage practice.
My other great inspirations have been Margo Anand and Marjanne Hurks.
Other important principles included in Neo Tantric Massage are:
- no goal
- awareness; being here and now
- using sexual energy and moving it upwards, transforming it instead of releasing it (and losing it, as would be the goal in erotic massage)
- the presence of love
The Neo Tantric Massage workshop is conducted in two parts, where the second part is differs according to gender.

Yoni and lingam massages are used in different ways in other types of tantric massage.
There many important reasons for massaging the genitals.
Thankful yoni and lingam massage you may explore much higher types of orgasm and ecstasy than typical peak orgasm, what you may compare as kindergarten to university :)
Beside being a great source of pleasure, yoni massage can be a great source of healing for woman. There are many points where past memories are stored, along with emotional pain, conditioning, prejudices, anxieties, fears, angers, etc. Most of them are highly connected to our sexuality.
Lingam massage, especially when done in the neo tantric way, gives men a great opportunity to learn, exercise and experience the receiving part of his being. This, together with bringing upward energy and ecstasy, can open his heart – something very much needed in today's world not only by men but by women (as well as for more beautiful lovemaking).
It's not commonly known that the yoni and lingam are the most reflexologically active zones in the human body. By stimulating its different parts we are bringing health to all
parts of the body.
This is why for me, one of the most important aspects of Neo Tantric Massage is to do it from the heart.

Empowering Taste of Tantra by Michal Marek Griks - at this workshop we sample how Tantra in simple ways may empower us and our visions, strengthen our ability to realize our dreams. At the same time, we will connect on the levels of love and intimacy, perhaps even to a level your have never done before.
3. 19.30 - 22.00
Sensual Biodanza by Merel Sloot - a workshop, where you will discover playfully your sensuality and then you will make a loving and affective contact with other dancers
4. 22.30 - 24.33
Dance with tantra - a party time, where you may use freshly, new skills to connect, to dance and to share love, intimacy, fun .... During the party the blindfolds would be available. Also I, Michal,I would provide you further in to the dance with tantra, in to the deeper connection with yourself and the partner. During the breaks raw, vegan, fair trade, organic and delicious food and drinks would be served :) There would be also stand with tantric sexy clothes made by Izabela Amsterdam

Tantra would bring us to such good connection with the nature and mother earth that will save much more than this printed version. | | AD 3: I was already visiting quite a lot of Marek's workshops. I can just say it is amazing! Marek is a wonderful teacher of Tantra who is spreading one of the most beautiful ways of love by teaching & living this ancient path of unconditional love. I really enjoyed that the workshops were mainly practical ones, which are made up in a creative and funny way. I didn't know before how sensitive a human body can be, how magical it can be if somebody is caressing over your face softly while you're having closed eyes and how beautiful it is to receive and to give a massage full of love…
After participating in all those workshops I noticed that I have way more creative thought rising up. It probably has to do with the new ability I started to learn: leading the sexual energy through your whole body instead of releasing it.
I want to underline one workshop which was really special for me. It is the one where you learn how to deblock yourself. After pressing strongly a few particular points in your body for quite a while your really get into another status of mind. At least it was for me like this. It was a bit like the fog is disappearing with awareness. I could see the beauty with every little thing. The feeling of my body was way more sensitive. Even my breathing felt like one of the most beautiful things in the world. I felt true happiness.
It is pretty hard to describe those feelings because it was beyond words.
